Before placing a new order I would like to change my data. How can I do?
Just go to your Client Area; after you have entered your e-mail address and password, you can modify the desired fields and your profile will be immediately updated.
How can I be sure that I have placed an order correctly?
Every time a new order is registered you will receive a confirmation email to your email address used to register in your Customer Area.
Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices shown already include VAT.
Where do promotional codes enter?
If you have a promotional code, enter it in the "Discount Code" field that you will find during the purchase phase in the 'payment method' section.

Yes, send us your request for material, discounted prices for large quantities.
Where can I find my order number?
You can find your order ID number in the email we sent you as confirmation of receipt of your order. You can also find it in your personal area in the "Your orders" section. Furthermore, you can find your order number in the sales document that we send you inside the parcel.
I need to make a change to my order, is it possible?
Once an order has been confirmed, even if the package is still being prepared, it is no longer possible to change it from the site. However, items that have not yet been invoiced can be changed by contacting Customer Service on the number ☎ 08231276394 from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 20:00. If, on the other hand, the order status is "completely processed", it means that it is already being processed and it will not be possible to change it.
I would like to cancel (totally or partially) my current order, is it possible?
