All orders are shipped via SDA/GLS express courier.
COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We remind you that during the sales, delivery times may increase.
The overall delivery times are calculated by adding the order preparation times to the shipping times. You will receive an email for each phase of your order management: in this way you will always be updated and you will be able to follow the progress of your purchase up to delivery.

NB If the products are to be ordered from the manufacturing company, you will find an indication of the delivery time in the product sheet.
Days: all days are intended as working days, i.e.: from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
Preparation times with "warehouse items": if the items are immediately available, orders received from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed on the same day if placed before 10:00 or on the following working day if placed after 10. Orders received on Saturday and on Sunday they are processed the following Monday.
Preparation times with "non-stock items": if the order contains at least one item not immediately available in stock, preparation times increase up to 4-6 working days. Items not directly available can be recognized in the cart thanks to the wording "Delivery in longer time".
Shipping Times: all orders are shipped via SDA/GLS express courier. In exceptional cases, the shipment may be delayed due to force majeure (e.g. strikes or weather conditions).
SHIPPING BY SDA/GLS EXPRESS COURIER
Your order will be delivered to the address indicated during the purchase phase (note: we do not deliver to PO Boxes).
Upon delivery of the package by the express courier, you will receive an email from SDA/GLS itself, with the link to follow your shipment (tracking).
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), during normal office hours (9:00 - 19:00). In the event of your absence at the time of delivery, the express courier will leave a transit notice with instructions for requesting a second transit.
Within 3 days from the day on which the notice was left, you can request the free return of your package through the website www.sda.it in the "Svincolo dispatch" section or by notifying us and we will release the stock (SDA/GLS)
After this time, (in case of failed transfer request or unsuccessful second delivery attempt) the parcel will be available for collection free of charge at the relevant Post Office.
The storage period at the competent Post Office is 7 working days, including Saturdays, starting from the first working day following the date of arrival of the shipment at the office.
After this period, the package will return to our warehouse and the order will be cancelled.
DELIVERY IN STORE
Your order will be delivered to the Passarelli Linen store chosen during the purchase.
If you have chosen this method, you will receive an email during the order management phase: Order preparation and Order ready for collection. From that moment you will have 10 days to go to the point of sale and collect your package.
After 10 days, the package will remain in our warehouse for another 20 days (Total 30 days), after which, if not collected, the customer will lose the right to purchase the same.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
For shipments abroad we use the BRT/UPS courier. Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination (Generally €29.99 for the European community). Cash on delivery is not accepted.
Promotions on shipping are not included for foreign shipping (e.g. free on amounts)
With reference to deliveries to countries entering the EU, customs fees are charged to the customer.
The purchased products will be shipped to the address you provided as soon as possible and in any case within 2 working days from the date of the order.
The successful shipment of the goods will be notified by sending a special e-mail containing the tracking number.
The cost of shipping is clearly visible before completing the purchase procedure and sending the order.
It is possible to choose the delivery where you prefer.
