INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679
Your personal data will be processed by Passarelli Linen, with registered office in via Acquaviva 188, 81100, Caserta (CE), Fiscal Code, VAT number and registration number in the Company Register at the Milan Chamber of Commerce no. 02655290613, no. REA 187045 ("Passarelli A."), as data controller, according to principles of lawfulness and correctness, for
• allow us to contact you via the WhatsApp instant messaging service (“ WhatsApp ”) on the number you indicated to give you advice and more information on Passarelli Linen products;
• provide support during purchases on the e-store;
• allow you to communicate with one or more Passarelli Linen sales representatives and make purchases from a Passarelli Linen store using WhatsApp;
• the purposes associated with the purchases you have made; for example to process your payment and arrange for shipment;
• communicate information of an administrative nature to you. The processing of your personal data, in particular of your mobile phone number, any data necessary for invoicing and delivery and your email address, will be carried out using electronic means.
The treatment will take place as necessary for the execution of a contract of which you are a part or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request. The provision of your data is necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes; your refusal would make it impossible to carry out the purpose for which the personal data are collected.
Furthermore, your personal details, your mobile phone number and your email address will be used – on the basis of your prior consent – for Passarelli Linen to periodically send messages via WhatsApp containing advertising, communications relating to new initiatives and promotional material, internal announcements, promotional initiatives, commercial communications relating to jewelery products and related services, as well as for sending the newsletter via e-mail, containing news and offers from the world of Passarelli Linen.
The provision of personal data is voluntary for the pursuit of these purposes and failure to provide them will have no consequence on the further purposes of the collection indicated above.
Your personal data will be made accessible, for the aforementioned purposes, to the employees and collaborators of Passarelli Linen, in particular to the sales staff, for this purpose duly authorized to process them pursuant to art. 29 of the GDPR, to the payment service providers used for the payment of the purchase and to the carrier in charge of carrying out the delivery, who will use them only for carrying out the requested service. In particular, in the case of ONLINE PAYMENTS and in order to manage the relative authorization request operation, your data will be communicated to the external company which will process them in full autonomy as owner, in accordance with the provisions of the privacy law in force ( https://passarellibiancheria.com/pages/privacy-policy ), for the sole purpose of managing payment authorization request operations and related responses, also for the purpose of preventing fraud and other risk phenomena connected to the purchase.
Communications made on WhatsApp, your mobile phone number and any other personal data collected by Passarelli Linen during such communications will be deleted on the following working day from your last interaction with our sales employee via WhatsApp, unless during the aforementioned communications you has not given consent to receive the newsletter and commercial communications or received a purchase offer. In the latter case, your personal data will be kept for a period of 3 years from the date the purchase proposal is sent. In the event that you have given your consent to receive the newsletter and commercial communications, your personal data will be automatically deleted after 5 years from the last interaction with Passarelli Linen.
Pursuant to articles 15 - 21 of the GDPR, in relation to your personal data, you have the right to access and request a copy; request rectification; request cancellation; obtain the limitation of the treatment; oppose the treatment; receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device and to transmit such data without impediments to another data controller; where technically feasible. We inform you that you still have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data carried out for the commercial purposes indicated above and, in this case, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes. The withdrawal of consent will be valid both for sending commercial communications via WhatsApp and for the email newsletter, unless you specify otherwise. You also have the right to the portability of your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint or report to a supervisory authority, especially in the Member State in which you habitually reside, work or where the alleged infringement occurred. Any request relating to the personal data processed by Passarelli Linen, including the exercise of the above rights, may be addressed to the owner by sending a written communication to the registered office indicated above. The information provided will be treated confidentially, solely for the purposes indicated and in compliance with the security measures established by the applicable legislation on privacy and personal data protection.
