THAT'S HOW:- 1 - Contact Customer Service or send an email to passarellibiancheria@gmail.com with a communication to that effect, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, providing the order data (order number and name of the person who performed the same)
- 2 - Make sure of the conditions of the return.
- the product is in the same condition in which you received it;
- the purchased product is in its entirety, complete in all its parts; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g. sheet, pillowcase, etc.);
- the product has not been used, washed or tampered with;
- the product must be returned in its original packaging.
- the product must not have detached or missing tags.
- in case of partial return of purchase with BUNDLE discount (purchase with discount of products together) the returned product will be counted for the one paid, while the retained one will be counted for the full price (NOT DISCOUNTED) therefore the amount of the difference will be withheld on the refund to be issued from the returned product.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the withdrawal/refund will not be effective and the customer will be required to collect the product at his own expense.

3 - The returned product must be shipped within Seven (7) days from when you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Make sure you have communicated to the seller correctly within the set times (14 days from receipt of goods) by mail, or whatsapp message and that you receive regular confirmation/authorisation.
If there is no confirmation, it means that the communication has NOT been received by the seller and we advise you to call or send another message and to receive correct confirmation and authorization for the return.
If you do not receive communication and authorization from the seller, the alleged message sent is null. - 4 - The product must not be damaged and must have its original packaging.

- 7 - If there is a partial return and a promotion linked to the purchase of the entire amount has been used, this promotion will be CANCELED upon return. Example on free shipping at €50 .

Cart purchase €80 for 2 products (€50+€30) if the customer wants to return the product for €50 then he will not be able to take advantage of free shipping and the shipping amount (€6.99 for Italy) will be withheld from the sum for the refund.

REIMBURSEMENT
Once the good condition of the returned products has been ascertained, the entire amount paid to Passarelli Linen will be returned to you, the return costs for returning the goods to us are at your expense, competence and responsibility;
The cost of handling the return is completely free.
We usually accept the return within 3 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse; after acceptance, we will request a refund from the institution where the customer made the payment for the purchase of the product.
REFUND TIMES VARY ACCORDING TO THE PAYMENT METHOD CHOSEN:Credit Card : our bank will make the refund within 14 working days of receiving the products (where all parameters are met by the customer). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the card issuer.
For security reasons we cannot refund to a card other than the one of the purchase.
PayPal: the refund will be visible on the PayPal account within 14 working days of receipt of the products (where all the parameters are respected by the customer) .
Bank transfer : the refund will be made by bank transfer to a bank or postal current account to be indicated to Customer Service. The refunded amount will be visible on the account statement within 14 working days of receipt of the products (where all the parameters are respected by the customer) .
Cash on delivery : the refund will be made by bank transfer to a bank or postal current account to be indicated to Customer Service. PRE-SHIPPING ORDER CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
- In case of pre-shipment order cancellation, the commission rates for payments (PayPal) will NOT be returned (currently the PayPal commissions are 4.2%)
- In case of pre-shipment order cancellation with credit card, Scalapay, Klarna payment, the entire amount paid will be returned.
- In case of pre-shipment order cancellation with bank transfer payment, the amount for the issue of the bank transfer for the return of the same will be charged/withheld.
